A. Shoulder to Overhead, work to a tough single – can be push press, push jerk, split jerk or BTN Jerk
B. 50ft Sled Pull with Pulling Rope, 50ft tough x 5 sets, ran – hand over hand, stay bent over, keep the sled moving
C. For Time – Teams of 2 – 1 person/1 person rest
