Group Fitness

The group class service is designed for anyone looking at changing up their current fitness routine, a beginner looking at starting their fitness journey or an experienced trainee looking to enjoy fitness with their peers.

Our group classes will be broken down into TWO different programs. The first program is called Southwest Active.
