3rd – 30 sec Skill Practice -hs,hs walk, hspu, core, top of Ring dip hold. Etc. Rope climb.

B. Back Squat @ 20×1, work to a tough set of 10 – reps to be completed under 35 seconds

C. 10 min AMRAP – Teams of 2

15 Power Clean to OH @ 85/135lbs

100m Med Ball Front Rack Carry @ 100/150lbs

15 Squat Ceans @ 85/135lbs

100m Med Ball Front Rack Carry @ 100/150lbs
