B1. DB Reverse Lunges off of 45lb Plate, 10 reps x 3 sets, 10 sec
B2. Kipping Pullup, BMU, RMU Tech/Practice x 3 sets, 10 sec
B3. Weighted Ring Pushups, AMRAP unbroken @ tough weight x 3 sets, 1:30 min

5 Strict Toes to Rings
2 Wall Walks
