Tuesday – Upper EMOM + Mixed Map Sets A. EMOM x 10 minutes:

1st – 3 Push Press @ high load + 1 Wall Walk -10 sec hold forehead to wall is the goal

2nd – 5 Strict Pronated Pullups + 1 Wall Walk – 10 sec hold forehead to wall is the goal

-scale with banded pullups – encourage people that can do this – Chinover Bar Hold too 

B. EMOM x 10 minutes:

1st – 4-6 Ring Dips/10 Ring Pushups/12 Pushups

2nd – 30 sec Hang From Pullup Bar

C. 90 sec AMRAP/ 90 sec x 6 sets

3 Burpee on to 20/24″ Box

200ft Shuttle Run
