A. Deadlift @11×1, 2 reps per min x 10 minutes
-start @70% and finish no more than 95% of 1RM
B1. KB Push Press @11×1, 5-7 reps x 5 sets, 30sec
B2. Rope Climb, 2 reps x 5 sets, 1:30min – goal is to do reps without touching the ground b/w the 2 reps – use legs
C. AMRAP 5 minutes
