A. Power Clean. Push Jerk 1.1 every min x 8 minutes

B. Front Squat @ 30×1, 4-3-2-1, 2-3min b/w -all heavy sets

C. 1–>5—1 strict pullup for time *goal is unbroken sets

C. Scaled * 1–>9unbroken ring rows for time

D. 200ft walking lunge for time
