A Below Knee Hang Power Clean. Above Knee Hang Power Clean. Hi-Hang Power Clean 1.1.1 every 90sec x 6 sets

B. Back Squat @30X1, 4-3-2-1, 2-3min b/w – all heavy sets

C. EMOM x 20minutes

1st- 3-4 push press @20×1

2nd- 2-3 weighted pronated c2b

3rd- 3-4/leg front rack reverse lunges/ same bar as push press

4th- 1-2 rope climbs
