A. Front Squat, work to a tough set of 2 – push loading
B. Warm-Up/Prep
C. “Cindy” – AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 Pull-Ups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
*best score ive seen in person is 22 rounds
*scaled Cindy – AMRAP in 20 minutes
3 Strict Ring Rows/5 Pushups – scale as needed/15 Air Squats
*test – record rounds/reps completed
