A. 5 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk, work to a challenging set
B. EMOM x 8 minutes:
1st – AMRAP unbroken strict supinated pull-ups or AMRAP unbroken inverted rows
2nd – AMRAP unbroken Ring Pushups/Pushups or DB Bench Press 8-12 reps
C. For Time:
21 Box Jumps @ 20/24” – step down
21 DB Front Squats @ 35/50lbs
15 Box Jumps @ 20/24” – step down
15 DB Shoulder to OH @ 35/50lbs
9 Box Jumps @ 20/24” – step down
9 DB Thrusters @ 35/50lbs
