What an awesome time at the pool yesterday. Thanks to everyone who came out and had a good time. Again, Sara and I thank you guys so much for the continued support. You are the ones that truly make up the awesome atmosphere and community we have created at Southwest Strength. We appreciate every ounce of support. Thank you.
A couple things for the week. We do not have Hockey Fit on the schedule anymore, therefore class times in the evening are 4pm,6pm and 7pm Southwest Active on Monday, Wednesday. You will now notice on the schedule Mon,Tues,Thursday is the Best Self Challenge @ 5pm- this is not a signed up regular class. This is our challenge group for the next 6 weeks. So no class times at 5pm those days, but you guys will be coming in and out of the gym at the beginning or end of that class, be sure to say hi and introduce yourself to our new members that took the big step of stepping in the door! Remember your first time!
