1st min – 10 Cal Rowing

2nd min – 1 CGBP @ 60%

3rd min – 10 Cal Rowing

4th min – 2 CGBP @ 60%

5th min – 10 Cal Rowing

6th min – 3 CGBP @ 60%

7th min – etc

+

EMOM x 20 minutes:

1st – 30 sec L arm KB Front Rack Carry -heavy

2nd – 100ft Prowler/Sled Pull +45/90 or 30 sec of work

3rd – 30 sec R arm KB Front Rack Carry – heavy

4rd – 10 Cal AirBike/15 Cal AD or 30 sec of work
