A. DB Snatch Speed Ladder:
8 DB Snatch @ 20lbs/35lbs
6 DB Snatch @ 25lbs/45lbs – use a 45lb kb here
4 DB Snatch @35lbs/50lbs
x 3 sets – each for time –
2-3 min b/w –
B. 10 Rounds For Time:
3 Bench Press 95/135
3 Strict Pronated Pullups
C. AirDyne, 12 sec ALL OUT every 1:45min ->2 min x 8-9 sets
