B. 1 Power Clean to OH – touch & go every 45 sec x 12 reps – 4 reps @ Lighter / 4 reps @ Moderate / 4 reps @ Tougher

C. Back Squat @ 40×1, 6-5-4, 3 min – all @ tempo

D. 3 sets – High Effort
