C. 3 sets:
50ft Sled Push @ heaviest load
50ft Sled Pull/Hand over hand @ heaviest load
rest as needed b/t sets
D. AMRAP in 7 minutes:
Burpees 1,2,3,4,5, etc
Russian KBS @ 16/24kg – 10,10,10,10,10, etc
