25 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
25 Push-Ups
25 KBS @ 16/24kg

Plate Burpees – 3,6,9,12,15, etc
Double KB Front Squats @ 16/24kg – 3,6,9,12,15, etc -handles touching/elbows down by ribs*really hold this standard
L arm Hang KB Snatch @ 16/24kg – 3,6,9,12,15, etc
R arm Hang KB Snatch @ 16/24kg – 3,6,9,12,15, etc
*Split work however each team sees fit
