2nd – 30 sec L arm Farmer Carry + 30 sec L arm Farmer Carry AHAP

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
10 Deadlifts @ 125/185
10 Lateral Barbell Burpees
10 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
