C. 3 sets:
5 L arm kb snatch + 5 L turkish get up * goal is unbroken without letting go of kb/start from top of snatch
30sec rest
5 R arm kb snatch + 5 R arm turkish get up *goal is unbroken without letting go of kb/start from top of snatch
30sec rest
1-2 legless rope climb/ rope climb practice/ 10-30sec hanging from pullup bar
rest 2-3min b/w
