Individualized Programming

*Important – Individuals wanting this service must go through an assessment. Individuals that understand how to read training programs, perform all movements, warm-up properly, challenge themselves physically and mentally will be using this service. Contact Nathan or Sara if this is something your interested in.

Individualized Programming Includes:

  1. Free Initial Assessment: a look into your current physical abilities, lifestyle, nutrition and overall goals.
  2. Individualized Programming: weekly programming, tracking of progress/results and ensuring consistent progress is being made. This program will be customized to meet your INDIVIDUAL needs.
  3. Lifestyle/Nutrition Guidance: coaches will provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle.
  4. Coaching/Support: coaches provide consistent guidance and coaching. Athletes will perform their individual program at Southwest Strength with support of their coach.
