Individuals that understand how to read training programs, perform all movements, warm-up properly, challenge themselves physically and mentally will be using this service. Individualized Programming Includes:
- Free Initial Assessment: a look into your current physical abilities, lifestyle, nutrition and overall goals.
- Individualized Programming: weekly programming, tracking of progress/results and ensuring consistent progress is being made. This program will be customized to meet your INDIVIDUAL needs.
- Lifestyle/Nutrition Guidance: coaches will provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle.
- Coaching/Support: coaches provide consistent guidance and coaching. Athletes will perform their individual program at Southwest Strength with support of their coach.
