If you have health and fitness goals, but don’t know where to start, or may be intimidated by lifting weights, this is the class for you! We will focus on body weight movements, mixed with cardio type traning, all in a fun, encouraging group atmosphere!

At SWS, we understand the importance of mechanics and movement. Our first goal is to ensure everyone participating is moving safely, and effectively. Following that, we provide a fun, thought out workout program. We not only focus on providing a challenging workout, but we also ensure each person gets a thorough warm-up including mobility and flexibility.
