B. 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk every 75-90 sec x 7 sets
C. Paused Front Squat + Front Squat, 1+1 x 2 sets, 3 min
D. Front Squat, 3 reps x 3 sets, 3 min
E. Seated Wall Cuban Press – 8-10 reps x 3 sets, 1 min
