B. 1 Above Knee Hang Power Clean + 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk every 75-90 sec x 7 sets
C. Pause Front Squat + Front Squat 2+2 x 2 sets, 3 min
D. Front Squat, 4 reps x 2 sets, 3 min
E1. KB Windmill, 5/arm x 2 sets, 30 sec
E2. Sidelying Thoracic Rotation, 10/side x 2 sets, 30 sec
