30 sec Left Side Star Plank

15 Right Leg hip Thrusts @ 1111 – no weight/Back on Bench
30 sec Right Side Star Plank
– 1 min rest
E. 3 rounds for time:
16 Jumping Switch Lunges
16 Hollow Rocks
