Monday – Fsq Int + Deadlift Linear (%) + Upper Int
A. Front Squat, 4-4-4-4, 3 min b/t – tough, building off of every week
B. Deadlift @ 11×1, 3 reps x 5 sets, 2:30 min – start @ 75%-80% + 0-15lbs per set – not touch and go
C. 10 min AMRAP
Strict Pronated Pullups – 1,2,3,4,5,etc
Push Press @ 65/95lbs – 3,6,9,12,15,etc

*scaled will be banded pullups or ring assisted/ring row
D. One Arm DB Rows, 5-6/arm x 3 sets, 1 min b/t
