B. 1 Squat Clean Thruster every 30 sec x 10 sets – tough/challenging but no fails
C. EMOM x 10 minutes
1st – 3 Close Grip Bench Press @ 22×1
2nd – 1 Rope Climb + 5-7 DB Bent Over Rows
D. 5 min AMRAP
