C. 100ft Reverse Sled Pull x 5 sets, rest as needed – tough, make those legs BURN
D. Teams of 2 For Time:
300ft Farmer Carry @ 105/155lbs/hand
200ft Sled Push @ moderate
– 2 min rest
300ft Front Rack SandBag Carry @ 100/150lbs
30 Step-Ups on to 20/24” Box – holding 20/30lb Med Ball
