10-15 Banded KBS – challenging load – using glutes
15 cal Rowing or Ski @ mod

5 Burpees
5 Wall Balls

A. 10 rounds for time:
4 Burpees
6 KBS @ 24/32kg
8 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
