Thursday – OHS test + Cj work + MAP 60/60 (WG + Mixed)
A. Overhead Squat @ 22×1, work to a challenging set of 1
B. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean, work to a tough double
C. @ 85-90% every 2 min x 12 sets
Set 1 – 10/8 cal Rowing or 10/8 cal Ski Erg + 5 Pullups + 5 Burpees
Set 2 – 10/8 cal AirBike + 10 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9ft
