A. Double Overhand No Hook Grip Deadlift @ 11×1, work to a challenging set of 1
B. 5 sets:
50ft HEAVY sled Push
50ft heavy sled pull with rope (diff loading)
15 sec Ski Erg Sprint @ 100%
– rest 2-3 min b/t sets or as needed with group
C. 10 min AMRAP
Strict Pronated Pullups – 1,2,3,4,5,etc
Ring Pushups – 1,2,3,4,5,etc
