Monday – CGBP Test + Vertical Ecc + Hold/Core/Hang/HS + Step-Up
A. Close Grip Bench Press, work to a tough set of 1 – only one tough set – max 1
B1. Rope Climb, 1 seated + 1 regular x 5 sets, 10 sec
B2. DB Push Press, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 2 min – because its low reps – use heavy DBs
C. For Time:
Accumulate 5 minutes of FLR on Hands – every break 12 burpees
* 12 min time cap
