Wednesday – DODL Linear + FC/Sled Work + Gym/Skill EMOM
A. Double Overhand No Hook Grip Deadlift @ 11×1, work to a challenging set of 3
B. EMOM x 10 minutes
1st – 50ft Sled Push – heavy
2nd – 10 sec AirBike @ 100% – turn it on – take notes on MAX RPM and lowest RPM + highest cals + lowest cals – 10 sec on the AirBike screen
C. 10—->1 For Time:
Pushups
*Rope Climb after every round
*12 min time cap
