A. Halting Snatch Deadlift. Paused Squat Snatch 1.1 per min x 15 minutes
B. 5 sets – fast
1 Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Above Knee Hang Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Split Jerk – touch and go on all – go from each thruster right into the Push Jerk + Split Jerk
– 2 min b/t sets
C. EMOM x 15 minutes
1st – 3 Left Arm Hang DB Power Snatch + 3 Left Arm OH DB Walking Lunge – TOUGH
2nd – 3 Right Arm Hang DB Power Snatch + 3 Right Arm OH DB Walking Lunge – TOUGH
3rd – 30 sec Strict Knees to Elbow
