2nd – 30 sec DU’s
B. @ 85-90% every 3 min x 10 sets
Set 1 – 15/20 cal Rowing + 5 Burpees over 20/24” Box
Set 2 – 15/20 cal Ski Erg + 4 Pullups + 3 Toes to Bar + 2 DB Power Snatch @ 50/75lbs
