3 tng Squat Snatch + 2 tng Hang Squat Snatch – fast, tng, no pause
C. Back Squat @ 10×1, 3 reps @ 60% of 1RM every 1:15 min x 12 sets
D1. Incline Bench Press @ 40×1, 10-8-6-4, 1:30 min
D2. Seated DB Hammer Curls @ 40×0, 10-12 tough reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min
