A. EMOM x 10 minutes
1st – 1 Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
2nd – Strict Ring Muscle Up/Negative/BMU practice – hip to bar, assisted/ Hollow Arch Swings, Kipping Pullups on Rings
B1. Weighted Ring Dip @ 20×1, 2-5 reps x 5 sets, 30 sec
B2. Sled Pull with Pulling Rope, 50ft x 5 sets, 1:30 min
C. Barbell Romanian Deadlift @ 40×1, 4-4-4-4, 2-3 min b/t – all taken from a rack, plates don’t touch the floor, make this tough – use straps
