B1. Press @ 11×1, 4-4-4-4, 1:30 min – tough/increasing is the goal
B2. Weighted Strict Supinated C2B , 2-4 tough reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min – tough
C. Barbell Romanian Deadlift @ 40×1, 4-4-4-4, 2-3 min b/t – all taken from a rack, plates don’t touch the floor, make this tough – use straps
D. 25ft DB Walking Lunge per min x 5 minutes – tough load/hand
