A2. BMU/RMU Transition (floor, assisted, box, jump)/Kipping Pullup/Arch Swings on Rings x 5 sets, 1:30 min
B1. Weighted Ring Dip @ 40×1, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 30 sec
B2. Rope Climbs, 1-2 reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min – try have people legless or variations that are harder
C. Barbell Romanian Deadlift @ 40×1, 5-5-5-5, 2-3 min b/t – all taken from a rack, plates don’t touch the floor, make this tough – use straps
D. 1 set
50 Left Leg Rear Elevated Split Squat – no weight
