Monday – Sn Complex/Gym + Press/WCU Linear + BB RDL Ecc + SL Int
A. EMOM x 10 minutes
1st – 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch – building per set
2nd – HSPU work/negatives from last week or Wall Walk/HS Hold Progression
B1. Press @ 11×1, 5-5-5-5, 1:30 min – increasing
B2. Weighted Pronated Pullup @ 21×1, 3-5 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min – variation of last week
C. Barbell Romanian Deadlift @ 40×1, 5-5-5-5, 2-3 min b/t – all taken from a rack, plates don’t touch the floor, make this tough – use straps
D. 20 sec Jumping Switch Lunges per min x 5 minutes – goal is to add the weight vest and do 20 sec continuous movement – no stopping
