A2. Ring Muscle Up Practice or Hip to Ring/Hollow Arch Swing/Kipping Pullup Practice x 5 sets, 1 min
B1. Seated Single Arm DB Arnold Press @ 41×1, 5-6 reps per arm x 5 sets, 30 sec b/t arms
B2. One Arm DB Row, 6 reps per arm x 5 sets, 30 sec b/t arms
C. Barbell Romanian Deadlift @ 40×1, 6-6-6-6, 2-3 min b/t – all taken from a rack if we can, plates don’t touch the floor, make this tough – use straps
D. 3 sets:
30 sec Left Leg Rear Elevated Split Squat
