A. Split Jerk, 1 heavy rep per min x 10 minutes – building to your heaviest – have your weights ready and plan before this
B. Below Knee Hang Squat Clean, work to a single
C. 2 Position Hang Squat Snatch (Above Knee, Below Knee, 1 rep per position x 5 sets
D. Prep/Warm-Up
E. 125 Air Squats for time – every min – starting @ 0 – 4 Burpees every min it takes to complete 125 Air Squat
