Wednesday – Split Jerk Work + Hang Clean Position + Hang Snatch Position + Clean Grip DL/Pulls + SM Map
A. BTN Split Jerk. Split Jerk 1.2 x 5 sets, 2 min – focus dip, drive, all straight, foot work
B. 2 Clean Pulls + 1 Squat Clean + 3 Jerk Dips x 5 sets, 2 min – building
C. 2 Snatch High Pulls + 2 Floating Squat Snatch + 2 OHS x 5 sets, 2 min – building
D. Prep/Warm-Up
E. Bar Facing Burpees – 45 sec of work/AMRAP per min x 5 minutes – score is total burpees @ the end of 5 min
