A1. Back Squat, 12-10-8, 1:30 min – tough sets/increasing
A2. Step-in Box Jump on to High Box, 3 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min – be safe
B. 3 sets:
10 DB Front Rack Reverse Lunges – tough
– 30 sec rest
1 min AMRAP – V-Ups
– 1-2 min b/t sets
C. 20 sets- Ski, Row or AirBike
30 sec @ 85-90%
30 sec rest
*consistency, high effort, sustainable sets
