A. Squat Clean. Below Knee Hang Squat Clean. Split Jerk 1.1.1 every min x 12 minutes – good technical loading
B. DB Alternating Step-ups on to Box, 10 alternating steps every 2 min x 5 sets 
C. Warm-Up/Prep
D. For Time:
30 cal Ski Erg
30 Burpees – no jump @ top
