Thursday – Deadlift Linear + Vertical Int + Horizontal Int 
A. Deadlift @ 11×1, 6 reps x 3 sets, 3 min b/t – start @ 70% and add 5-10lbs per set
B. Push Press, work to a tough tng go set of 6
C. Rope Climbs, 1 rep every 30 sec x 10 reps – will be challenged accordingly to your ability
D. EMOM x 10 minutes: 
1st – 5 Dumbbell Bench Press – tough load
2nd – 5 Pendlay Rows @ 41×2l
