@ minutes 3,6,9,12,15 – get off and perform 1 Wall Walk + 1 Rope Climb to 12ft + 5 Push-ups
@ minutes 18,21,24,27,30 – get off and perform Upper Pulling Movement (Hang from Bar, Chinover Bar, Negative, Strict Pull-Up, Kipping Pull-Up, BMU, RMU Rope Climb, Feet Elevated Ring Rows) – aim for a good set for each individual About 5
