A. Squat Snatch. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch 1.1 – spend 15 minutes working up, through the complex today – encouraged good technique but good loading, increasing
B. Squat Clean. Push Jerk. Split Jerk 1.1.1 spend 15 minutes work up, through the complex today – encouraged good technique but good loading, increasing
C. Halting Snatch Deadlift @ 11×1, 3 reps x 3 sets, 2 min – hips/chest rise, knees back, bar on body
D. 2-3 sets:
30 sec L Leg Split Squats @ 20×0 – CAN BE WEIGHTED
30 sec rest
30 sec R Leg Split Squats @ 20×0 – CAN BE WEIGHTED
30 sec rest
