C. Halting Snatch Deadlift, 4-4-4, 2 min – challenging sets – can use straps
D. EMOM x 9 minutes:
1st – 10 L arm OH DB Forward Walking Lunges
2nd – 10 R arm OH DB Forward Walking Lunges
3rd – 30 sec Banded Good Mornings
