2nd – 20-30 sec Leg Extensions from Parallettes, Top of Box or top of Ring Dip
3rd – 5-7 Hollow Arch Swings – Hip to Bar (Bar Muscle Up Progression)
4th – 30 sec Heavy Farmer Hold – make this challenging/hand – challenge yourself
