B. Single Arm DB Row @ 40×1, 5-7 reps/arm x 3 sets, 1 min b/t – HEAVY
C. Teams of 2
7 min AMRAP – toes to Bar – 1 Partner TTB, 1 Partner Double DB OH Hold @ 35lbs/50lbs/hand
D. 9 min AMRAP teams of 2
20 Cal AirBike/30 Cal AirDyne
15 Overhead Squat @ 65/95lbs
E. Hollow Hold, AMSAP x 2 sets, rest as needed – if not minimum 30 sec – have to accumulate 1 minute of Hollow Hold
