A. Snatch High Pull. Hi-Hang Squat Snatch 3.3 x 3 sets, 1:30 min – light, fast, snappy reps
B. Squat Snatch. Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch, 1.1 rep per min x 5 minutes

D. Hi-Hang Squat Clean. Split Jerk 1.2 every min x 5 minutes – building, nothing close to a max — perfect position
